STANNY COURT is a private complex with magnificent views, crystal clear sea, and wonderful air. The building is in 2 sections, 1 and 2, and is situated 150m from the beach next to the new Aqua Park in Nessebar.

The apartments are built of steel-concrete construction and the outer walls of the buildings are insulated with 5cm thermo-isolation-luxury fulfilment, coated framing PVC. Stylish floor coatings can be seen in the rooms as well as in the common area, and staircases in granite-ware. The bathroom has full sanitary equipment. Two fully furniture packages are available include fitted kitchen and air conditioning.

There are 24 apartments consisting of Studio, and 1 beds ranging from 67.40m2 to 102.55m2. The apartments have either a sea view or communal pool view.

How to Reserve an Apartment?

You can reserve this property through us for two weeks by transferring a reservation fee. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and he will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
