France: Bulgaria Is New El Dorado

An article in one of the most prestigious French tourist magazines L'echo names Bulgaria "the new Eldorado" - a place with extremely diverse and plentiful tourist product.

Bulgaria participates for the seventh time at the World Tourist Expo (Salon Mondial du Tourisme) in Paris.

The presentation of Bulgaria at the fair is organized by the Tourism Agency and promotes companies like Bulgaria Air, Astral Holidays and the summer resort of Albena. The Bulgarian stall is one of the most visited at the expo, according to officials from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Before the opening of the expo the Bulgarian culture institute in Paris made an official presentation of the country. Over 150 representatives of the media, tour operators and French state institutions representatives attended the event.
