To be sincere, there are many places on the Black Sea coast with potential and it wasn’t so easy to decide where to make our projects. When we visited for the first time the port of Kavarna, we saw more than the potential. A yacht port with a beautiful sandy beach, nice and good restaurants, bars, shops. Moreover with the planned golf courses, we were certain that we have found the place that we searched for you because it was already developed, so different and exclusive. And we will not speak about the potential of a future golf course area…
